We utilize functional strength training that mimics sports-related movements

Each of our programs is customized with the individual athlete in mind–no “cookie-cutter” or “one-size-fits-all” programs here.  When developing a program to meet the needs of the athlete, we take several factors into consideration:  age, skill-level, body size, maturity, goals and sport-specific needs.

Strength Training:

The two fundamental goals of strength training are to (1) improve conditioning to protect against injury and (2) increase functional strength, power and range-of-motion for more explosive movements during competition Our philosophy focuses on maximum strength gain through safe and functional exercises that replicate sport-related movements.

Speed Training:

We don’t just want faster athletes-we want athletes that are agile and able to safely and quickly change directions

Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) training involves the development of movement skills in relation to sport-specific patterns (linear, lateral, diagonal or vertical).  SAQ training will provide a wide variety of drills specifically chosen to enhance YOUR skills in YOUR sport.

Specialty equipment such as resistance cords, kettlebells, ropes and suspension trainers are also used to improve sport-specific skills such as throwing, hitting, kicking, golf club head speed and more.
